Bespoke Valve Tee Keys

The customer required a solution to enable valves being operated only using specific valve tee keys.

We designed and manufactured custom tapered valve stem adapters to suit the drive on the valve and manufactured a unique drive for both the tee key and the stem adapter.

As you can see from the images, there are three very different shapes that will not allow for the tee keys to be used on multiple valves. The perfect solution
